Mist HOA Compaint
I just bought this great house right along the beach. It is right next to the market board, summoning bell and all the vendors too! These guys highlighted in red set up a display right near me though. Whenever I step into the blue area of my yard I start getting blasted with really loud, annoying Gold Saucer music. Make them stop!! :(

Edit: Title should say complaint. The music must be hurting my typing.

You have a setting to mute the music from that. There's nothing anyone can do about it, what are the GM's gonna do?
"Hey you can't use this furniture because it's annoying the person next door"
This isn't real life.

Its only during the event - it will be gone in a few weeks...
It might be worth looking into how yards and "event-music-area" are overlapping - now that we've got the setting to play city-state-music instead of housing-area-music, maybe they can add a second box with "play event-music"? If there is event-music and you check it, the music will play regardless of where you are in the housing-area, if there is no event, the default housing-area music will play.

If you could hear it while indoors I can see how that's very intrusive, but only in half your garden...? Never mind how it's event music so it won't be there forever. And you can mute the music.
First World FFXIV problem.

... are you serious?
this is just as pointless as that one person who complained about the fireworks during summer disrupting their AFKing a year or so ago
-
You all are so serious -.-

I just recently moved from this plot to upgrade to a medium. I totally get wat ur feeling right now and I still have Papaya drilled into my brain XD. The house location still heavily outweighs this small downside tho since ur right on the beach and have the mb/retainer right there.

I could understand how/why the Gold Saucer music might be annoying, and I think the OP was more trying to shine some light humor on the subject to.
I doubt he really feels its a huge problem, but yet all the same, it's probably at least mildly annoying.
But thankfully as others have said, it's just for a short time as it's only due to an event.
