Can't pay for additional retainers

Hello! I bought 2 additional retainers yesterday. but i forgot to check my gametime wich ran out the same day. So i paied 2 euro for one day. Wich is fine. But since my game time ran out i had to renew it. after doing that and not haveing auto paying on. my retainers got suspended. and i have looked just about everywhere for a answer as to how i can renew my retainers. i have looked at the ''details'' under the retainer service options. i have looked all over google and here on the forum. but i havent found anything. only option i get is to pay 8.40 euro for the two retainers wich is twice the price i paied last time. so i'm guessing that just adds another 2 retainer. wich i have no plans of doing. So where do i find the option to pay for the 2 retainers i have allredy bought ?

The amount you pay for activating extra retainers is (#retainers) x (cost per month per retainer) x (#remaining months of subscription)
Currently I believe each extra retainer costs 1.40 euro per month. Two extra retainers would thus be 2.80 euro per month. If you have 3 months left on your subscription you would thus need to pay 3*2.80 = 8.40 euro to activate them for the remainder of the period.

The 2 euros you initially paid was a pro rated amount due to your game time ending. 8.40 Is the full amount you will need to pay for the retainers for the remaining game time currently on your account.
