I think the whole reason why they were added in the first place was deliberately to get players doing FATEs, as they had abandoned them pretty much in favour of dungeons and raids by that point.
I don't mind doing FATEs for them, it's just some of the FATEs required have ridiculously long spawn times (Giant Seps I'm looking in your direction ><), so an adjustment to their spawn rates is perhaps better (I have pretty much confirmed though that the choice of FATEs used in the ARR Daily Hunts is deliberate - that each FATE will actually spawn almost simultaneously, or one will spawn a short time before the other, meaning it's often a mad dash to get the second one after taking down the first).
this is a terrible idea, for a very simple reason, A ranks have a respawn time of 3-5 hours, lets say theres 10k players on a server, half of them actually bother to do the weekly hunt.. so 5k people need to kill a monster that can easily be soloed with a respawn imer of multiple hours.. sure theres 20 zones.. thats still 250 people per mob..see where im going with this yet?
B ranks used to have a respawn of 1 hour, and it was changed very quickly to make them worthless unless they were a weekkly target due to immense complaints that they were killed on sight and near impossible to complete. so no... never in a billion years would this be a good idea
How is a level 50 player supposed to solo a level 50 Rank A for their weekly?
As Valsharia said, it's not a good idea.
You could skip doing the hunt bills altogether and just focus on finding and killing the Rank As yourself.
