How you plan on selling it when plots go on cooldown when relinquished?

Fc houses are passed from player to player. There is no relinquishing of land just change in fc leadership.

Do you think SE cares? Do you think this post will be removed? Have you seen PF recently for content selling for actually $$$$$? yeah SE will do what SE always does, nothing and the game will always end up worse off because of it.

The only entertaining part of this is when he sells it and finds out about the gil cap on leaving a server.

You're obviously not aware of why people buy the Allagan X Piece(s) off the MB. There's no limit on items beyond what you can carry in your inventory and retainers. And maybe they plan to buy a bunch of expensive things they wanted. No need to get all worked up about it.
