I played 2 seasons ago to gold and didn't get my reward I tried to get it after the season was done but it wasn't there soon after I stop playing thinking it will be sent to me now I'm back and still haven't gotten my reward what can i do about this

Unfortunately you missed your chance. It's only available between seasons.
