New MC Raid Static (All Jobs)

Hello, Gou Baratheon from Excalibur here.

Looking to form a late MC Raid Static to clear OS4 - OS8. I recently returned to the game. I'd like to clear this tier and continue into the next. So if you want to join and catch up on raiding as well, please msg me or reply, you can also send me a /tell I am usually on from 7PM to 9PM EST on weekdays and most nights on weekends.

Preferables:

- Have some sort of previous Savage Raid experience. Does not have to be current just enough for me to know you can handle managing your DPS/Job role/Mechanics.

- Have cleared any of the last two Primals Byakko/Tsukuyomi.

- General positive attitude toward others. At the very least respectful. Constructive criticism is appreciated and most likely also given lol.

- iLevel is ok at 350 though the higher, the better.

- 2 to 3 hours a week for 3 days ranging 7pm to 12am EST Preferably 2 weekdays and 1 weekend. But 3 weekdays work as well.

I'd be interested. Unfortunately, I don't have any Savage raid experience yet, but I'm a quick learner. I'm currently on Ragnarok but can transfer if need be.

I'm interested to be a member of the late MC Raid Static to clear OS4 - OS8.

Savage Raids clerance:
I've start raiding on Storm Blood.
OS1: Complete
OS2: Complete
OS3: Complete
OS4: Incomplete
OS5: Complete
OS6: Incomplete
OS7: Incomplete
OS8: Incomplete

Extreme Trials clearance:
The Jade Stoa (Extreme): Complete

Collaboration:
Most of that experience is based on PuGs, thus, I found myself being able to adapt to most different party's styles.

Currently getting iLv350/355 gears from Sigmascape (Normal) series

My main is a DRK current ilvl is 350, but I'm working on improving that. My alt is a WHM.

I'm a SMN, ilvl 361 atm and working on upgrades to 370. Been doing SB content, Lighthouse and of course Rab. I have Delta unlocked and savage, Alexander is all savage.. and Sig is not all the way open, because I've been concentrating on the new content for the new gears.

I left FFXIV about a month or so after launch and came back in Dec/January 2018. I've raided forever in other games, mostly WoW for years. I was top dps on my server and my raid group did some world firsts.

That all being said, I have spent some time off and am getting used to it all again. I haven't cleared Tsu ex yet because the groups I find just never seem to be able to accomplish it.

I have alot of patience, I take criticism well and enjoy raiding with people that I know, or get to know.. cuz its all about the group and progressing and more fun if you actually like the people you're with.. or at least can stand them. lol

I'm a 366 RDM/SUM/BLM but also play PLD/WAR (358 currently) and WHM/AST (360). I'm pretty flex in classes, even play BRD though not as often. I'm new to hardcore raiding in FFXIV, though I've been hard core raiding in other games for years such as WoW and Wild Star. I have completed both The Jade Stoa (Extreme) and The Minstrel's Ballad: Tsukuyomi's Pain. I have just started getting into Party finder for Sigma Savage, clearing V1 on 19JUN and will be working through the rest.
I'm a quick learner and have always been more about situational awareness then trying to be the best DPS/Healer/Tank, can't be the top if you die to much.
