FPS problem
Hello. Im new to this game and I installed it like week ago. Generally everything was ok, game was smooth and i had ~100 stable fps on maximum settings (pc)
Today i created new character, andd... its kinda crap because i have like 20 fps with drops to 10? whats going on? I didnt change anything with my pc
my pc specs:
nvidia geforce 1060 6gb
intel core i5 6500 3.2ghz
8gb ram
On minimum options i have 90 fps with drops to 50 and if it drops to 50 my character is like moving slower then faster when it backs to 90fps..

Could be to do with the new character being spawned in a world/place with a higher/more dense population and that many players is demanding resources from your PC. What class did you spawn as previously and what class are you now? that will determine starting citystate location. Honestly, I've always found Limsa Lominsa to have waaaaaaaay more players in that gridania or Ul'dah. That's just my server though. Yours may be different

First i did pugilist then thaumaturge
I dont think that with my pc i should have drops to 50 fps with all settings on minimum hmm..

There is something weird going on ever since SB came out.
I get weird frame drops on empty places just by looking at some grass on The Lochs or when I'm walking past a certain house in the housing areas.
I guess the did something with the lighting or the game bottlenecks itself somehow.
Having powerful GPUs doesn't solve the issue. GPU usage skyrockets on some specific places and objects.

Even there is no people and on minimal settings i have drops to even 30 fps. thats not normal
