Excel spreadsheet:

• 1st Sheet (Path) - Requires download (then right-click file > properties > check unblock) and enabling macros to be useful. You select up to 5 destinations, and it shows you the shortest range needed.
• 2nd Sheet (Builds) - Every possible build, filterable and sortable. Click the filter and sort in the header row to filter out builds that don't have enough range for your route, and sort speed or surveillance from high to low. Will show a voyage time for the route selected on the Path sheet.
• 3rd Sheet (Parts) - The various sub parts, there for formulas. You can use the "Include" column to remove parts you don't have from the possible builds on the Builds sheet.

html built with Notepad for Chrome by someone with basic web page skills, might not work properly on other browsers.

Updated with rough voyage time and ability to exclude parts from builds. Fixed a mistake where minimum stat used "greater than" instead of "greater than or equal to"

your latest version keeps re-protecting the sheet. It makes it hard to sort. But the estimated time is helpful!

I'll do something about that tomorrow, along with a time estimator that should be around 99.9% precise.

The page protection was due to the formulas in the builds table; if you accidentally click on one of the numbers in the table it reverts to the formula, which requires ctrl+alt+enter and the web version doesn't accept.

Sheet protection is gone, and time estimator should be within a minute or two.
