hunting log bugged!

Class Lvl 5 Murauder alt character.
(Playing on the PS4)

Yesterday i created a new alt character for solo play, just in case if my friends would be offline.
I started a Murauder and leveled him to lvl 5 and completed my first class quest. After that i wanted to do the first hunting logs. It whas at that moment i found out that both rank 1 and rank 2 hunting logs had already been completed! This is so wierd becouse i havn't jet done any of them with this nieuw character.

I contacted support but they had no solution to this problem.

Are there more ppl who had this happen to them?
