Alliance Raids and Loot

As I am on my 19th run of Ridorana Lighthouse...

CLEARLY the removal of the Need option has done so much for making people not run the raid as many times over...

Instead of just making it less likely to receive loot from the raids when it does drop by removing the need option, one option would be to ensure after a certain amount of runs you get a piece of loot by giving them a token or something that could be traded in for a piece of gear from the raid...

The way the loot system works, the raid is preventing people from doing other content because they can't get their weekly item from there.
