well I mean its not like in a day or week kind of quick but with the races now in duty finder your not restricted to one area like I was. equip your bo with an xp buff then just race breed and repeat till pedigree 9
It took me +/- 300 chocobo races to get the achievement.
level up the chocobo up to 40, then breed it to have a chocobo with +1 pedigree, repeat till pedigree 9.
If you breed them to be strong it could help you since if you finish the race 1st you get more xp.
