I like the new mechanics!

Removal of "Need" put aside, I found myself greatly enjoying the new mechanics from the new Extreme trial and Raid!

I even talked about this with my FC tonight. The whole introduction of the math "puzzle" was fun. And figuring it out with my friends was a blast. It's a shame that people were so quick to abandon after a couple of wipes.

I finally got to see enrage with the newest Extreme trial, and I got to say, I'm impressed. Byakko EX didn't really appeal to me in terms of difficulty. Attack, dodge, tank limit, attack, dodge, repeat. I found myself this time at the edge of my seat as I ran, butt clenched with only seconds to get to the correct color! Took me several learning parties to get meteors down!

The enemies hit like wet noodles, but the bosses in Shallow Compass were a nice touch (nothing too surprising, but still nice). I did like how their was an environmental attack from an enemy causing a nuisance in the background.

The one thing I noticed that people are constantly asking for is higher difficulty, and rather than just making the enemies HIT harder, I like that they required more THOUGHT process this time around and I wish to see more of it in future content.

BUTT CLENCHED, LMFAO. It's so true that it's such a funny descriptor. Anyway, I agree... despite the initial frustration and doubt I had of myself. XD
