Area and coordinates: the quest area as highlighted on the map
Steps:
1. Accept quest 'Leves of Little Ala Mhigo' in Little Ala Mhigo
2. Go to marked area on map
3. Open quest journal to initiate
4. Discover that there is no button to initiate the quest
5. Discover that there is no button to abandon the quest
6. Research on internet
7. Log out, as one person resolved the issue this way
8. Log back in
9. Repeat step 4 above
10. Repeat step 5 above
11. Give up and post to Bug Report forum

Edit: Never mind. A quest to do a quest? Really? *sigh*

Yes. Just like the one you did to unlock leves in the first place (and all the other leve unlock quests)
