Tenant chest housing item request

I think it would be great to have a new addition to the housing system wherein a chest similar to the FC chest (albeit far more limited) could be accessible by a private house owner and all tenants (if permission is given). I'm not asking for much, just maybe a single page inventory (35 slots), and the ability to store gil.

I think this would be a great addition for couples or friends who are sharing a house, and want to be able to share things such as gardening or crafting without needing to rely on a larger FC (or needing to create a tiny FC, and losing the ability to be a part of a large FC).

Would really love this idea! I always use the FC chest as just a way to share items with my few friends. I obviously don't need this item since I already use the FC chest in this way, but for people who can't this is a fantastic idea. It's quite useful to be able to put items in for everyone's use like that.

Yes please! It would make it worlds easier to trade things between family members/spouses, since the mail system is so limited, and most people share their house with the people they are closest too.

Honestly, it would be nice to just have an over all unique yard storage option just for things like seeds, soil, and Chocobo feed. All of that stuff ends up in the FC chest, taking up most of the first tab alone(keep in mind, this includes all the buff foods and food to change a chocobos color).
