1. Was checking retainers in a town
2. Teleported to shirogane
3. Loading screen took forever
4. restarted game
5. Stuck on loading screen with directx9 and crashes with no error on directx11

I have tried reinstalling, updating drivers and other things, when i create another character i have no problems loading in or playing. It worked fine from about 2-3 months ago untill the most recent patch.
