Steps:
1. Participated in Team Feast Season 7, and achieved Silver Tier.
2. Season 7 Ended
3. Diners' Club: Silver Ranking achievement not awarded despite conditions having been satisfied. In Achievement Log under PvP, Ranking. Ranking achievements are awarded when speaking to the Feast Quartermaster at the end of the season, this still works for solo ranks.
