Had someone in Lighthouse last night doing a vote abandon before every pull. Clearly trying to troll the group (despite it going well). We couldn't kick him, because the game doesn't tell you who it is.
While I understand why that information is hidden, it would be nice to prevent abuse if someone couldn't initiate 15 abandons in a single duty. This should be restricted to 1 or 2.

This is probably the one and only time you've ever encountered this behavior. It's not widespread enough to waste resources on trying to fix something that almost never happens. There's already a [can't initiate vote abandon for 5 minutes or something] after starting a vote abandon. That is sufficient. Pressing the Esc button to ignore the request each time is so very very hard.

Why not limit it to one per team/alliance every 15 min? I think it already has a individual limitation iirc.
