Cannot click on anything in my inventory (PC)

Class/Level: WHM 70
Party or solo: solo
Steps:
1. Do treasure maps with a party.
2. Decipher a map
3. Drag 2nd map from chocobo bag to my own inventory
4. Open mailbox to mail 2nd map to a friend
5. Can't drag anything from my inventory to the mail, I logged off.
6. Woke up today, tried to sell stuff on the market through my retainer, can't click on anything in my inventory, my cursor doesn't change from the regular cursor to the hand cursor. I can only click on the "key items" tab, but I don't have any key items so I don't know if I can click on the items.
7. Relogged, exited game, nothing works and I cannot use my inventory.
8. Chocobo saddlebag works.

9. I clicked the area above the key items next to the X, dragged my inventory around and it now works again.
