UPDATE WON'T DOWNLOAD ON PC: unable to download patch files [30413][25008][10009]

What's wrong with this update? Nothing I do is allowing me to download the most recent patch.

Okay, so I got the patch to download. But only after jumping through fire. I changed my WIFI network DHCP from automatic to Manual in properties and then got the first patch though Primary DNS Server 84.200.69.80 secondary 8.26.56.26 then got the stupid error again, so I changed the primary DNS to 208.67.222.222 and the patch completed its downloads. SE, this shouldn't be so damn complicated to get the patch. I feel for anyone who is not networking savvy enough to self-troubleshoot these types of things. My ISP was of no help what so ever. I was about ready to shell out money to get a VPN.
