Monk Meditative Brotherhood? now stacks?

The 4.3 patch lists brotherhood and Meditative Brotherhood as separate things. What is Meditative Brotherhood? iv googles and looked everywhere, but i cant find anything that says what Meditative Brotherhood is as a stacking buff.

It's a minor QoL fix for Monks who pug (and for groups that run 2X Monk for some reason.)

Right now if you have 2 Monks, and one uses Brotherhood followed by the other guy, the first guy will get screwed out of all the Chakra that Brotherhood would have given him. With this, while the +5% physical damage effect will continue to not stack they will at least get the Chakra.

will it now effect all classes? not just physical, since it will effect all party members??

It's still just physical damage increase only.
