Prophet's Chestwrap

So I'm insane and decided to run Hullbreaker (Hard) ad nauseum to try and get a drop from the final boss, the Prophet's Chestwrap. I've run it at least 20 or so times and it hasn't shown up once. This has to be a statistical anomaly, right? Was it removed from the game and no one noticed? Am I just simply unlucky?

Yes.

There's 14 gear drops from that boss, so it shouldn't be too surprising to not see a specific drop after 20 runs.
