Please increase the roulette EXP bonus for Castrum Meridianum

I don't mind the unskippable cut scenes for the two MSQ dungeons, and I appreciate the additional tomestone rewards.

However, I have a issue with Castrum in the roulette.
Currently, the bonus experience is only around 55% of that offered from the Pretorium.

Praetorium is about 15 minutes longer to run, but the cut scenes are actually paced well enough so I can perform tasks in real life; such as laundry.

Not to mention, Castrum is way more difficult - it at least punishes you for mistakes and requires to actually defeat most mobs.

As of now, I run the MSQ roulette but back out if I end up with Castrum - unless there are several newcomers in the party.

I haven't done these in forever, so I'm not 100% on this, but for most leveling the content the bonus at the end is scaled based on the potential XP in the dungeon. I.e. you're lvl 62 so you are going to get roughly 2m xp total, the dungeon has a possible 500k, so you get a 1.5m bonus. If the dungeon has a possible 1.5m, you would get a 500k bonus. Just a theory as I barely remember either dungeon. 45% difference seems extreme.

I understand what you mean, but I can confirm this - I've tested it out several times on several characters.

I might be a bit off and the experience bonus might be closer to just over 60% of Prae, but the difference is indeed pretty significant.

I feel like praetorium needs more rewards since it’s so much longer. I heave a sigh of relief when I get castrum. Yeah I could do other things while cutscenes play, amd I do,but I would rather actually be playing the game I logged in to play amd not stuck in an hour long cutscene. I also didn’t realize the difference was only about 15 minutes. I guess for me shorter snippets of cut scene with more battle and/or moving around in between feels better and makes it feel sooooo much shorter.

I’ve considered leaving when praetorium comes up, but it wouldn’t be worth it for me since I’m usually in the queue over a half hour. And the only reason I find myself in this situation at all is because sadly that roulette is the quickest way for me to get poetics on my lower level alt.

If anything, they need to make the Gil earned from both the Daily Roulette and Adventurer in Need bonuses higher. At least equal or more than Leveling Roulette IMO.

I'm fine with correcting the XP disparity, but I think the additional Tomestone rewards are f***ing ridiculous. SE screwed up royally when they started forcing everyone to watch the cutscenes, and now they're just shamelessly bribing people to bail them out. They have more of a Tomestone reward than literally any other piece of content in the game - and they're also one of the easiest runs to make from a skill perspective. How is this sensible?

SE, go back and fix the dungeons properly: correct your insanely stupid decision to include so many mid-dungeon cutscenes. Then there won't be an issue anymore.

Well people want rewards this, rewards that. If there aren't any rewards worth it, why would people run said content? The main issue is how to scale the rewards worth the time and effort in MS Roulette.

And can't go wrong with doing things the easier way *looks at all the people still queuing for EX primals in Duty Finder today.

They went from 200 Poetics to

300 Allagan tomestones of poetics
100 Allagan tomestones of creation
50 Allagan tomestones of mendacity

I'm starting to think you people are just flat masochistic and refusing to accept the fact that no one is forcing you to run them.
If you don't like it...do something else.

The EXP is fine...considering what you do and what's involved. Assuming you don't skip anything and blow through like a freight train like most do.

Honestly I only run them if I have time to do so or I have sprouts who want to clear it, and I do it unsynched. Why? So we don't have to wait for the queue, they still learn mechanics, its still a challenge (with 2 to 3 people one of which is a 70 the others 50) and quite fun. EXP? Nope...obviously. But there are far more productive ways to get EXP.

Firstly, there shouldn't be any "unskippable cut-scene" to begin with. They are incentivating players to replay super old content, where players should be incentivated to play todays content. Look at it, 300 poetics, 100 creation, 50 mendacity? It's the best roullete atm. Castrum is 27 min, and Praetorium is 47 min, it's just too much precious time to waste with super old content and NOT FUN content. Now players will run it even if there's no new players. And if we just keep chosing to not do it, they will keep increasing the rewards untill it's completely broken. They should revert it back.

They think players drop the game at level 50 because they could not watch the cutscene and feel the story, but the truth is "too much filler quests", 288 MSQ from 1 to 50 it's just too much obrigatory content.

I will keep not doing it, no matter what the rewards. Whatever costs my fun, it costs too much.

EXP earned X2 (mob and roulette), tomes earned Poetics 500, Creation 400, mendacity 250, Allied/centurio seals +50.

Crazy? Yep...worth it? well, for 1h of garbage content, im pretty sure more people would do it.
