Problems with Eureka lag on EU data centre

For the last couple of days, every time my FC and I attempt to farm in Eureka on the EU data centre, there has been the most extreme lag I have ever come across playing FF14.

We had a multinational group of players together and ALL of us were having sever lag and DC issues.

I am located in Oxford, UK and my ISP is BT , but as stated people in different countries were all experiencing this problem.

Can you elaborate on the kind of issue you are having?

Please provide:

- Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
- the nature of the latency
- Type of connection (wired or wireless)
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
- Everything you have tried to resolve the issue
