Raid and Primals from HW, synched but with all Skills.

I bet someone else somewhere else mentioned this (but I could not find it, so I will start a topic), but I would love to see the possibility, to run older 60 Content like Alexander or the Primals with all Skills, but the Stats synched. To revive at least a Part of the feeling of the old days.
The Devs removed a good Number of Skills from the Hotbars and some Classes don't feel right on Lvl 60, but I bet people would like to play older Content like Alex Savage or the Primals again for fun.
Unsynched is just not filling this Gap. Punching Zurvan down in 30 Seconds feels just empty for me.

It's something I've wanted for a while, using the heavily altered 50 and 60 skill-sets feels more than a bit awkward on some jobs.

Level 70 skills with appropriate ilvl and stats would be a nice option.

I'm sure it would be popular, I'd love to have a new option in duty settings called "Stat Sync"

You could try just manually changing your equipment down. Like equipping 230 or 240 gear because I think there are changes to stat scaling as your character levels up.

So having all skills will make it fun just stay at lvl60? You do realize the whole purpose of sync is to be at a certain level with certain skills up to that level. If your asking for using all skills then your still getting a large handicap might as well run it unsync. If some classes don't feel right at 60, well that was because that is how they were at 60. Basic common sense -.-;

It's not like past contents is hard anyways, just people don't listen or do do mechanics properly. With a competent party it is very very easy.

well, consider that some mechanics in past content were built around the idea of players having certain abilities. for example: whm doesn't get an absorb until stormblood now. consider mechanics like odin where you NEED to have an absorb shield up when synched. a whm can't handle that.

Except that's not true. The content is balanced around what the jobs had at 50/60 when they were released. With the skill flattening in SB, a lot of jobs have lost abilities that they used to have. Lv60 SMN, for example, lost 2 DoTs, Contagion, Spur, 90 potency from Ruin 3, and the ability to use DWT to buff Fester. That's a lot of damage that they had at the time that they just don't anymore.

Tell that to dark knights.

Understand that I agree with the idea of a stat sync effect.

But I dislike that it always disables materia, ending up with you being weaker than you would be if you were wearing non-synced gear.

Maybe sync it so that the materia has its effects reduced instead of removed?

I'd rather the standard, and perhaps only, version be to sync stats down and then upscale the boss's HP and based on the ePPM added from the additional skills, perhaps also adding to interval/event damage based on healer levels (If 1 level 50 healer, 1 level 70 healer, only the damage aligned with the 70s added abilities is increased).
