Cannot claim Season 6 Feast Tier Rewards

World name: Lich
Character name: Naegi Makoto
NPC name: Wolves Den Quartermaster guy

Finished top 100 and Diamond Tier last season and was only able to get the top 100 Outfit. Its stated Ingame and on the Website that the Tier Rewards are claimable until the end of the next Season which should be Season 7, however im not able to do so. I wasnt able to play for a long time due to health issues and was only able to log in and claim the rewards now.

Are the rewards no longer claimable or is it an issue with my Character?
