Characters Names & Authentication

Hello, :)

I would like to give some suggestions, been a while since I started to play FFXIV and I've been wondering why do characters contains two names? wouldn't it look cooler to have only one name?! or at least the second (name) text box turns to be an optional field!

The second thing I would like to suggest, why don't we have a mobile authenticator!? we already have the key but its not very comfortable to carry it along... I wish we can get an application via apple/android systems where we can autenticate our accounts with it instead of the key.
