FC Payment
I love how the FC system works currently now in ff14. But I kinda wish it was a little more engaging for not only the leaders but for just daily playing members as well. So What about getting paid on a daily salary based on your average activity?
In Black Desert Online they have pretty much have the FC or "Guild" system I just mentioned. They have it to were when someone joins a guild they sign a contract. That contract determines how much they get daily. Once that contract is up the leader can suggest a new contract with a higher pay range based on the in-game activity calculations that shows up next to each guild members name in the guild menu. Those calculation are from quests completed, enemies farmed, Daily missions done, levels gained etc.
Thoughts about getting something similar in ff14?

Hmmm is it a bit different though? You could do a payout for your FC if they all contribute based on items and sold ect. FC are optional and really have no side merits which make sense. Kind of why they call them Free Companies they have no contract with alliance nations -.-;

So pay your people....no reason to burden SE with a unnecessary workload for something you can do easily on your own.
And like the previous poster said, this is a "Free Company" - as in "Free-form"
Gil is easily made in this game as it is.
Id rather reward contributions with minions/gear - not gil.
