1. Open Crafting Log
2.Start Synthesize of Maelstrom Material Component
3.Activate Collectable Synthesis
4.HQ bar does not change to Collectability bar even though Collectable Synthesis Buff is active.

Other Notes: I have tried Other recipes and Classes also activating Collectable Synthesis Before Crafting and still being unable to craft collectibles

Only certain recipes can be crafted as collectables, and Maelstrom Material Components are not one of them.

Just realized now that it was part of another recipe sorry >.<
