I somehow couldn't find an answer for it, so you might be able to help me.
When you buy the Nezha outfit, is there an option to trade it for the opposite gender in case of a fantasia like the snow/lightning outfit?
I cannot seem to find it on the calamity salvager :v

No with these type of Mogstation items it is not possible to switch between the two gender locked gears. :(
You're going to have to buy the other set, I'm afraid.
Snow/Lightning is an exception here because it was originally for an event, outfits that are exclusive to the cash shop have no way to be swapped.

If it was an accidental purchase when you meant to buy the other, there -may- be a chance Square's support could possibly switch it out, but I wouldn't say it's guaranteed they will.
If you've fantasia'd and swapped genders, then yeah, there's nothing that can really be done. You'll have to either buy the other one, or just have to be super careful about what you purchase on the mogstation since only the lightning/Snow outfits have the swapping function. (Maybe the mogstation butler/maid stuff does as well, dunno.)
