Chocobo Stables and condition

Why does the condition of chocobo stables degrade when there's no occupant?

Can we please change it so that the condition remains the same unless your chocobo is stabled?

I wish they could but if they did, then people could get away with never having to clean their stables, ever, by just putting their birds in, training them, and removing them. Given that it takes days to 'degrade', that means that it would be months if not years before it ever got dirty. I think that having to clean it is just unnecessary busywork, but since they've decided it's necessary, that's the reasoning.

In fact there is always some ninja chocobos in your stable. You dont see them because they are in stealth mode but they are here for sure, pooing everywhere in it. I am afraid you dont have any other choice than removing your stable, so that they go degrading a neighbor's one. With some luck, it will make someone you dont like waste numerous costly magical brooms.
