Request: Icon for new NPC dialog through MSQ/SQ

Doing my quests I noticed that some near NPC change the dialogs after doing certain MSQ. Most of times we don't notice to even read it. Can we get a new feature as a new icon above NPC head to indicate there's a new unique Dialog unlocked?

I saw this feature in other games, such as Diablo 3. It would be useful to apreciate dev work 100% of the time. It feels bad to know that I could have missed some unique dialog.

If the dialog is temporary, due to MSQ progress, then a different icon should appear, one with a clock.

Nearly every MSQ/SQ npc has unique flavor text. I'd like to see maybe a "small" quest icon to indicate that there's text relevant to the quest.
