My Hunting Log is Stuck on Grand Company

So I'm asking for my girlfriend. She plays FF14 on the PS4 and currently her Hunting Log is locked onto the grand company only. She tries to cursor over and click on the Archer tab and nothing happens, and using the L1/R1 buttons won't scroll. She can only view the Grand Company log. This issue started after she chose her grand company and initially unlocked the log. She's tried logging on and off as well as restarting the PS4 and the issue continues to persist.

I'm having some trouble understanding what your mean. What do you mean by "her Hunting Log is locked onto the grand company only?" Is this the only option she has? Are all the other's grayed out?

Can you post a screenshot of the issue so that I can better understand it?
