Looking for some company to help me get back in

I used to play some years back during which I never really did much besides the MSQ. I never felt comfortable in the FCs I was in due to either their inactivity or it being to cliquey, so I didn't ever bother with post content. After I was done with MSQ I figured it was as good a time as any to 'retire'. Been itching for a while to get back and finally gave in like a week ago but now on top of all the content I missed back then, I've two expansions of Gods knows what to figure out now...

My point is, I'm a 'semi-experienced newb' looking for like-minded losers or social pariahs that wanna hang out doing MSQ, lament over being a self-reliant crafter and slowly figuring out what a friendly beast tribe is, what's so special about static raiding and where did all the bloody ninjas come from?

My fc is a small one and we like to keep it like that so that everyone talks to everyone and plays with everyone.
Half of the fc is made of endgame players and the other half of new players.
We are usually online in the evenings because most of us work but we are online all day in the weekend.
On weekend we try to have an events where everyone can ask for help for primals or old content, while in the week we do roulettes, help with msq, crafting or we do raiding.

The only thing we ask is that everyone plays with everyone and that nothing is given on a silver plate => we do not unscyn fights if it's your first time, we help to craft but you need to bring the mats or help someone in a dungeon...etc.

We are rank 8 with a Mansion and we have discord.
