Ceremony of Eternal Bonding times

Would like to suggest the Ceremony of Eternal Bonding clarifies the use of local time. This has been a source of confusion for years, there are many threads about it. The main website does not clarify anywhere that the actual ingame ceremony will follow local time and not server.

Several ideas that might help improve this.

-A countdown timer on invitations.
-A system message warning your ceremony has begun and to proceed to the chapel.
-Using server time, which is the same across all regions.
-Clear warnings during the registration process.

Let's not jump on the "your fault, should have checked" bandwagon, regardless it's still a cash feature and an important occasion for many players. The devs have clearly put a lot of effort into making sure all other details of the ceremony are clear, there's no reason not to fix this one.

What is hard about understanding local time? perhaps they could make it more obvious in the invitation But if we start to use server time you will get a lot more mistakes and have to do mental aritmatic to figure out your actual time.
And you do know the relationship between local time and server time changes twice a year do you?

In which case it's probably better to simply make it more clear on the main page and/or invitations. As mentioned, it actually isn't stated anywhere. Maybe it's only a minor thing and only causes issues in a small number of cases, but it can't hurt to be less confusing.
