It's a hotfix for hast hand, as stated in a dev translation last week.

Although if they do throw something extra in I wouldn't mind.

they still haven't fixed the "can't target dead member in party" that was introduced in 1.20 so I'm hoping its that, don't expect anything else though.

One of Reinheart's translations mentioned something about Hasty Hand.

/sigh end of February for 1.21 dammit! I mean i kind of knew already its almost always 2 weeks delayed but still... dammit! Can you at least adjust the moogle fight drop rate in 1.20c the fight is 2x as long as ifrit and the drops feel just brutally hard to get and 20 nuts whats that all about ?! It's not a freak'n relic weapon its a weapon with a moogle stuck on it : : (but I want it!)

Current behavior is intended, as stated in the patch notes. You can only target dead members with subtarget of the raise spell
