Want to get into raiding? I hope this help!

Both in and out of the game, I've noticed a lot of people having recurring questions about starting to raid and it often boils down to "I'm not sure what to ask, I just want to know how to approach this, what do I need to know?".

Well, after repeating myself through text at a few occasion, I just decided a video explanation, in the same line of the ones I did last years on other subjects (that was well received by you guys over here, thanks guys!)

If you guys wanna help out, I encourage you to let me know what I've should have done better. I tried to keep it as short as possible and went through cutting out a lot of things in order to achieve that, this might be a good thing to keep in mind.
