Can gather from ephemeral nodes up to 4x more than should be possible

1. Gather from Ephemeral Node
2. Queue for Triple Triad Battlehall
3. Leave the instance. Use the leave command, DO NOT exit to gold saucer

I have performed the above once to verify the exploit after observing others on my
server doing it. I did not collect from the re-spawned node.

It is possible to enter and leave the instance in about 5-7s. In contrast, visiting other nodes in the area, as intended, takes about 20s. This allows the gatherer to collect from the node about four times more than is otherwise possible.
