Leader abilities

Some people are bad at gathering gil in game and some don't bother repairing after every duty assuming their armor will hold out for a while and getting everyone in trouble when it finaly breaks during a duty. Therefor as a leader of a party or event, it would be nice if you could take care of your team, help them get ready..

Therefor I suggest adding an option wich allows us to:

1) Repair other people's equipment at our own cost.
2) Apply a buff scroll on someone else or feed someone to give them that specific buff.

I think something nice is: Allow other members recruit to party.
