Separatable/Extendable Parameter bar

Recently we've seen some interface elements being given the ability to be separated into a few categories, but for some reason the most obvious thing that should've been given this ability, hasn't. And that's the parameter bar. You're always stuck with the same order, and can't place them in separate areas. It should be given this ability, and potentially to compensate for the gap between bars, the ability to extend each bar separately, for example, the HP bar being longer than the other two.
