How do you zoom in and rotate the preview window? (xbox 360 controller)

Hello everyone, I was wondering how I could avoid using my mouse when attempting to preview new equipment? (Right-click -> try on). I press on my right thumb stick to grow the UI but that can only go so far as I want a clear view of my character, and be able to rotate.

Generally with a game controller you use the select, or should I say back button? To toggle between UI elements, but it is problematic when trying to play with the equipment preview window.

you should see an eye icon at the bottom of the preview window (same with the character window), which can be selected by navigating with your d-pad. that should allow you to zoom in and out/rotate using LT or RT and the thumbsticks.
I use the same controller but at times I also just use the mouse because it takes a while to navigate xP
