Trying to figure out what gear is best

I'm currently playing Ninja and I've been running Sigmascape savage, now that I've gotten some clears under my belt I'm looking to upgrade my gear.

My set consists of My Anemos weapon, headpiece, arms, and boots, with my Ryumyaku top, Carborundum belt, and crafted 350 pants, with my accessories being being the Ryumyaku ring and earring with the Carborundum Choker, Bracelet, and ring.

My melds put my stats at 2329 crit, 1300 det, 1500 Direct hit, with 1016 Skill speed.

I feel really comfortable at 1000 skill speed but I feel that's limiting my options atm, so I'd appreciate any suggestions.
