Unfortunately, I had to file a report.

But fortunately, GM Tehmuhsae got to me promptly and was very efficient in reviewing the report with me, and I definitely got the impression that my report was being taken seriously, and that it was actually read. Unfortunately, customer service reps don't always give off the impression that they've actually read your report, but Tehmuhsae did, and that does matter.

I wanted to chime in and agree with wetchinchilla, GM Tehmuhsae documented the incident report and alleviated a significantly stressful situation. They were detailed and clear with the nature of the incident and made sure to document the important names, along with my initial submission. Thank you very much.

I had a problem regarding a player harrasing me in a dungeon for no reason. I felt bad reporting hes/shes behavior; but Actions where almost instant as i sent the report and i felt relieved no one else its gonna have to suffer what i encounter. GM was really amaizing and help was given as well. ^__^ Im super happy with the GM's service. Thanks a bunch; GM Tehmuhsae .
