* In the event both you and your partner have different promise wristlets equipped, the wristlet of lesser value (standard < gold < platinum) will determine the service plan for both players when undertaking the quest "The Ties that Bind."

Please, change this. One player may have the items already and may not be interested in the items or may not be able to afford the paid plans. The person who pays for the plan may be wanting the items and/or may be putting out the cash as a special purchase that they normally can't do. To downgrade them because of $10, then to not refund, or give the paying person their items is quite frankly, EA-tier.
