Steps:
1. Use a Level and Story skip on a character without Hunting Logs
2. Accept Quest in order to obtain a new Class (Conjurer and Arcanist in this case).
3. Equip gear to change Classes.
4. Don't receive a Hunting Log for said class even though I already have leveled Machinist to 70.
