Target list

Is there any way to get a little list of enemy targets that's easy to click on? One of my biggest problems in pvp so far is targeting. So is there any way to target an enemy based on role or a way to have a list of enemies or some other easier targeting mechanism?

Edit: To clarify I mean during the feast.

I just use simple macro /ta <attack1> so i can easily target marked target. It is also possible make list of opponent names and make macro from each player.
