Quick ventures do not give items from Stormblood

2. Gear it up to i320+
3. Send on quick venture

Quick ventures are still giving the response that Heavensward items such as materia V and draconian potions are "items most rare" which they are not any more. I have not had a single item over level 60 or that was introduced in Stormblood even after doing probably 20+ quick ventures every week since Stormblood arrived. They mostly bring back level 50-60 gear and the occasional fish.
Seems like the loot tables need updating to include higher level items.
