Unable to Login to the website/game

Hi I've been trying to work out solutions on my own for the past 2 days but I am unable to do so. Here is the parameter of my problems.

I try logging into my square-enix account on the website, and I can not. It tells me I am using a bad Username/Password. I can assure you I am not. I asked my friend to try and log onto the website for me using the EXACT same credentials as I typed in. He was able to do so. Next I tried logging into the client to see if I could login and play. I was not able to do this either, but my friend was able to log into the client and play as my character using the same exact credentials.

Solutions I have tried:

Full reset of PC/Router/Modem - Didn't work
Port fowarding - Didn't work
Update firmware - Didn't work
Running my pc as a DMZ - Didn't work
Connected my PC directly to the modem - Worked BUT is not an acceptable solution as I have 3 other PC's plus Game consoles connected to my router at the same time.

My current router is set up as a DHCP, not sure if I able to change the connection type or whatever to broadband as I saw in a FAQ thread. I would like some assistance on this subject.

I also should add, I can login to the website while I am at work with the exact same credentials I am typing at home. I am posting this from work.

That's just bizarre. Glad you got it fixed though!

I wonder if the tech support staff would like to know your previous and new router models for their knowledge base, in case another user has a similar issue.
