No Rewards on Server XFer

Getting pretty tired of the templates coming back from support, I've sent them 4 messages now.

It's a pretty simple situation. Your server transfer page advertises rewards for moving to a preferred world, but I didn't receive any.

This is FALSE ADVERTISING, which is ILLEGAL! So... fork over the rewards I paid for.

They advertise rewards for moving from a Congested world to a Preferred world. There are no rewards advertised or given for moiving from any other kind of world to a Preferred world.
Did you move from a Congested world? (At the moment, the only Congested world is Balmung.)

Also it's free to transfer from a Congested world (currently Balmung) to a Preferred world, so you wouldn't of paid anything if that was the case.

No, I checked, he moved from Jenova to Midgardsormr, 10 days ago. Jenova wasn't a congested server at the time of transfer, so like you've said, no rewards are applicable.

The above posters are correct, the rewards for moving to a preferred server are only granted if you move from a congested server to a preferred one. If you were on a standard server, then the rewards will not be granted unfortunately.
