Well, I don't have a Razor Naga, and I've heard other people say only the main two buttons work on PS4, but I also found a Reddit thread saying someone got it to work fully by telling the PS4 that it's a keyboard. (Some people in that thread say it works, while others say it doesn't. As mentioned, I can't check myself.) If someone with a Razor Naga wants to try it out and see, here's the instructions:
