PST Timezone Returning player seeking FC to join

I'll be transferring realms - so at first I will likely join with a 'test lowbie' to see if we're a match.

Looking for an active group that does or plans to do raids, and would actually have a need for me on that raid...

I tend to play weeknights, after 6 or 7pm Pacific Time (so that's 10pm EST).

I love to run dungeons and do anything group related where I can feel valued for my contribution.
Would love to have a group to tank or heal dungeons for. But I am also specifically looking to raid "at some point."

Prefer an alt-friendly FC. I like several of the races here, so I split my classes/jobs across 4 of them:
Tank: my Miqo'te
Healer: my Au Ra
Ranged DPS: my Elezen
Melee DPS: my Hyur
- so the more of those I can bring with me, the better.



Turn ons:
- alt-friendly
- Weeknight busy time
- Pacific timezone
- chatty FC channel
- like to run dungeons and group stuff
- mid skill people who try, know they aren't perfect, but don't give up

Turn offs:
- social-clique that have been together too long to really welcome new folks
- split across many games and FFXIV is not a major one
- east-coasters that log out before I can even log in
- Too many people who haven't logged in since 1973
- No room in any of their FC's static(s).
